What should I do if I am unable to claim a DailyPay Reward?
If you are unable to find a DailyPay Reward, there are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue.
How to Claim a DailyPay Reward
1 You’ll receive an email to claim the reward
2 After clicking the email, you’ll be taken to the DailyPay app
3 View the Reward and click “Confirm Reward” or “Skip”
4 On the next screen, you’ll be notified that your Reward was Redeemed
5 You’ve successfully claimed your Reward. Congratulations!
First, ensure the Reward hasn't expired and that you follow the steps to redeem your Reward whether you are an existing DailyPay user or you have never used DailyPay at your current job before. If you have a direct deposit account on file, the Reward will automatically send to that account upon expiration. If you do not have a direct deposit on file, the Reward will expire.
