When I redeem a Reward, where is it sent?
If you go to claim your Reward via the email you were sent from support@dailypay.com, you must verify your information. You’ll be prompted to add the information for a debit card or pay card you would like the Reward sent to instantly. You must type the information in full each time you receive a Reward to ensure it goes to the correct debit card, pay card or bank account.
If you go to claim your Reward via the app, you can select from any existing bank account, debit card, or pay card you have on file or you can choose to add a new one to send the Reward to!
Please note Rewards sent to a debit card or pay card arrive nearly instantly, while ones sent to a bank account arrive within 2 business days.
Note
The Reward will not be added to your available earnings.
