How do I redeem a Reward?

A Reward is a special type of bonus your employer can offer through the DailyPay platform. It is easy to redeem a reward through DailyPay, whether or not you are currently signed up!

Enrolled DailyPay Users – With the App

1 Log in to the DailyPay app.

2 You will see your reward information appear on the screen.

3 Select "Claim Reward" to claim the reward immediately, or Skip to claim the reward later.

4 If you choose Skip, please be sure to redeem your reward by going to the Rewards tab in the lower right-hand corner before the reward expiration date, or you will lose your reward!

5 Read the information about your reward, then check the account to make sure the Reward is going to the debit card, pay card, or bank account you'd like it to arrive at. To change which account it is sent to, select the dropdown next to "Account" and choose a debit card or bank account on file, or add a new one for the reward to be sent to. If you wish to add a pay card, select "Debit".

6 You will see the "Congratulations" screen, and your Reward is on its way!

Optional: You can now send a thank you note for the Reward if you wish. Type a message and select "Send Thank You", then select "Return to Rewards" to be sent to the Rewards tab or "View Your Balance" to be sent to the Home tab.

Enrolled DailyPay Users or Non-DailyPay Users – Without the App

1 Find the email notifying you of your reward, and click ‘Claim Reward’, which will send you to the DailyPay website.

2 Select "Sign up to claim" if you have never signed up before, or "Login to claim reward" if you have already activated your DailyPay account.

3 Enter the information prompted to sign up for your DailyPay account, or to log in.

4 Once you've completed the sign up/log in process, you will be prompted to enter the debit card or pay card you would like your reward sent to.

5 Select "Claim Reward", and the reward will appear on your selected debit card or pay card within minutes!
