How to get started with DailyPay
Good news! You can get started with DailyPay in a few simple steps.
To start, select Sign Up in the DailyPay app or on the DailyPay website (hover over For Employees and then click Sign Up in the upper right on the website).
1 Create an account

Enter your personal email address and create a password.
- Select Create Your Account.

2 Locate your employer (if not already located!)
Note
If we can't locate your employer with the email you entered, you will be prompted to enter pieces of information you use at work to help us find them. This could include phone numbers used at work, email used at work, and/or Employee ID.

3 Complete verification
- Once we can locate your employer, you’ll complete multi-factor authentication to protect your personal data. (Typically, you will need to complete at least two verifiers, which could include the phone number you have on file at work, email address you have on file at work, the last 4 digits of your bank account on file for direct deposit or a government-issued ID.)
- Once you complete all verification steps, you can access your DailyPay account!

3 Enter your SSO Credentials to complete verification
- Once we can locate your employer with a piece of information you provide, you will need to enter in your SSO (Single Sign On) credentials. These should be credentials you use to sign into other services at your company. You may also be prompted with additional steps.
- Once you complete all steps, you can access your DailyPay account!
