ALIGHT Single Sign-On

Download Mobile App

1. Determine if you have an Android or Apple Smartphone. If you prefer to use the DailyPay web version, proceed to Step 5.
2. Open the Google Play Store, or Apple App Store.
3. Within the Apple Store or Google Play Store, locate the Search option and type in DailyPay.
4. Click Install and allow the app to download. Once installed click Open within the app store or locate the downloaded app on your smartphone.

5. Upon opening the app or being on the Web Browser http://account.dailypay.com/signup the following screen will appear.
   • If using the app, you may need to click on “Don’t have an account?” link on the bottom of the screen.

Create Backup Password

6.  Enter your work email address listed in Workday and create a password, then click on Create your account. 
   • The primary validation will be to enter your work email address listed in Workday, along with entering a backup password. 
   • Please note: This backup password will be used if your company turns off Single Sign-on, or if you lose access to your company SSO (for example, if you leave the company). Because the company only provides WORK emails for this setup, if you leave or lose access to your company email, you will not be able to reset this password. Therefore, it is critical that you remember this backup password.
7. Upon agreeing to the terms and conditions and clicking “Create your account” you’ll see the below screen appear to locate your account with ALIGHT. Enter your work phone number or click “try something else” to match your account profile to ALIGHT.

8. Your profile should be found and linking you to ALIGHT as your employer. You will now move forward with “Authenticate with ALIGHT” which will allow you to proceed to the next steps of the enrollment process.

Initiate Single Sign-On (SSO)

9. Great News! Your employer's Single Sign-On page will appear, and you will be asked to sign in with your SSO credentials.
   • Please Note: DailyPay Support has no access to your company's SSO information or passwords. If you have forgotten your SSO login ID or SSO password, you will need to contact your company. 
10. Congratulations You are now logged into DailyPay and can start checking out the application and all the amazing benefits DailyPay has to offer.

Single Sign-On Sign-up through Alight WorkLife Link

1. Click on the DailyPay link on the Alight WorkLife page. 
2. First time users will be asked to enter their work email address. If the email address is found in our system, the user will receive a screen that states “We found your account!”. Click ‘Authenticate with Alight’ and enter your SSO details to sign-up with DailyPay.

3. Users will be asked to create a “backup” password and accept Terms & Conditions.

4. If a user does not have a work phone number listed in Workday, the next screen will ask you to enter a phone number for security purposes. Users will skip this screen if a work phone number is on file. 
5. ‘Welcome to DailyPay!’ screen appears with your balance details.

6. Great News! Your employer's Single Sign-On page will appear, and you will be asked to sign in with your SSO credentials.
