Text & Code Issues
Never received the code?
- Text
STARTto66867to make sure you haven't opted out of DailyPay messages. - Look in your messaging app's "Spam" or "Blocked" folders.
- Your carrier may restrict third-party texts. You may need to adjust your phone settings or contact your provider.
- If the text won't arrive, click "Verify another way" to use the Photo ID option.
Code accepted, but password won't save?
- Do not let your browser "pre-fill" the password. Type it in manually one character at a time.
- If you're on a computer, clear your browser history/cookies. DailyPay tends to work best on Google Chrome.
- Double-check that no accidental spaces were added at the beginning or end of your password.
Faster Ways to Log In
Tired of typing your password? You can set up these "One-Tap" options in your App Settings (this works automatically if your DailyPay email matches the email connected to your Apple or Google account):
- Use FaceID or Fingerprint scanning once your password is set.
- Link your Apple ID or Google Account.
