What are DailyPay Perks?

DailyPay Perks is a new section in your DailyPay app designed to bring you curated offers and services from third-party partners. Our goal is to help you find valuable financial products and benefits that can help you save money, manage your finances, and achieve your goals.

What are DailyPay Perks?

DailyPay Perks is your one-stop-shop right within the DailyPay app where you can discover a selection of third-party products, services, and discounts. These are chosen to help provide financial benefits and to potentially help you save on common expenses. Think of it as a convenient way to shop for and find tools and deals that support your financial well-being.

Examples of offerings you might find include:

• Discounts on tax filing services
• Options for insurance policies
• Discounted phone plans, and more!

Perks is an evolution of previous standalone offers (like offers from TurboTax or Lemonade you might have seen before) and now has a dedicated home in DailyPay app for easier discovery and browsing.

How do I access Perks and its offers?

Accessing Perks is simple: 

1. Open your DailyPay app.
2. Navigate to the Wellbeing tab.
3. Look for the "For You" section. This is where Perks lives!
   • Note for users with Savings jars: If you have Savings jars, the Wellbeing tab will default to your Savings. Simply click on "For You" at the top to switch to Perks. 
   • Note for users without Savings jars: If you don't have Savings jars, your Wellbeing tab will likely open directly to Perks. 
4. Alternatively, you might see a Spotlight on the top of your Earnings tab that can take you directly to Perks.
5. Once in Perks, you can "view all" to browse all available offers or click on a specific offer "tile" to learn more. 
6. Clicking an offer will usually take you directly to the third-party partner's landing page or website to get started. You can also click "Legal" within an offer to see any applicable disclaimers. 

What kinds of offers can I expect to find?

We aim to include a variety of offers that can help you with different aspects of your financial life. This can range from services that help you save on regular bills, shop for rates on financial products, or access tools to manage your money more effectively. Offers vary and are subject to change and withdrawal at any time. The latest offers and partners will always be up-to-date within the DailyPay app.

Is there a cost to use Perks?

No, there is no cost to browse or view the offers within DailyPay Perks. You can explore what's available freely. Any costs associated with a specific product or service will be clearly outlined by the third-party partner on their website when you click through an offer.

Who do I contact if I have questions or run into an issue?

This depends on the nature of your question:

• For general inquiries about navigating Perks within the DailyPay app: Please reach out to DailyPay support.
• For specific questions about a third-party offer, its terms, or if you run into an issue after clicking through to a partner's site: Please reach out to that third-party partner directly. Their contact information should be available on their website.

Important Notes:

• DailyPay Perks is currently available only within the DailyPay app (not on the web version).
• Offers in Perks are from our third-party partners. DailyPay may receive compensation from these partners. When evaluating offers, please always review the third-party's terms and conditions and privacy policy.
• When you click on an offer, you will be directed to a third-party website, leaving the DailyPay app.

DailyPay Perks is an in-app experience that serves as a one-stop-shop for your employees to discover products and services aimed at helping them save money and improve their financial health. We partner with various companies to bring your employees offers like:

• Discounts on essential services like tax preparation.
• Opportunities to find better rates on products like insurance.
• Access to discounted phone plans, and more. 

Our goal is to empower your workforce with tools that can lead to greater financial peace of mind and security. Perks live entirely within the DailyPay app, which your employees already use. There's nothing for your team to set up, manage, or administer. It’s a seamless addition to the DailyPay benefit.

How Do Your Employees Access Perks?

It's simple and integrated directly into their DailyPay app experience:

1. Employees open their DailyPay app.
2. They navigate to the Wellbeing tab.
3. Within the Wellbeing tab, they'll find Perks in the "For You" section.
   • (Users with Savings jars may need to tap "For You"; users without will often see it by default).
4. A Spotlight banner on the Earnings tab may also direct them to Perks.
5. Once there, employees can browse all available offers or click on specific "tiles" to learn more and be directed to the third-party partner's website.

There is no cost for your employees to browse and view these offers.

Important Information:

• Third-Party Offers: The offers within Perks are provided by external third-party partners. DailyPay facilitates access to but does not provide these services directly.
• Data Privacy: DailyPay does not currently pass any employee PII (Personally Identifiable Information) to Perks partners. Employees will only share their data if they choose to do so directly with the third party partner on the third-party partner's site when exploring an offer.
• Support:
  • Employees with general questions about finding or navigating Perks in the DailyPay app should contact DailyPay support.
  • For specific questions about a particular offer, its terms, or issues after navigating to a partner's website, employees will need to contact that third-party partner directly.
• Availability: Perks is currently available only within the DailyPay mobile app.
