Where is my bonus payment?

I’m expecting my bonus on payday

If you are expecting a bonus payment and it was scheduled to be received on your regular payday, it will automatically be included in your paycheck. 

You will see one amount appearing in your bank account on your regular payday that includes both your bonus and your regular pay.

I’m expecting my bonus on a day that’s not payday

If your bonus payment is scheduled on a day other than your regular payday, it will require a longer payment processing time and verification with your employer. Because of this, you might not see the bonus in your account until the end of the day after the additional verifications are finished.

We will first deduct the full amount of any early DailyPay transfers you've taken, plus any fees or overpayment, directly from the bonus payment amount.

If your bonus payment is large enough to cover all those DailyPay amounts, the remaining portion of your bonus will then be sent to you.

If your bonus payment doesn't fully cover your early transfers and overpayment, we will use the entire bonus to reduce that balance. Any amount still remaining will then be deducted from your next regular Paycheck/Remainder Pay as usual.
