How Can I Receive Automated Available Now Alerts?

You may subscribe to Balance alert emails, push notifications or text messages to be automatically notified when what you have Available now updates.

To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) on the top left side of the home screen.
2. Tap on “Settings”. Once you are in Settings, navigate to “Notification Preferences”.
3. Select either “Push Notifications”, “Text Notifications” or “Email Notifications” and toggle on the option that says, “When my balance goes up”.
