DailyPay Cash Back Program – Help Center

Cash back is a program available with your DailyPay Visa® Prepaid Card. Once you join the DailyPay Cash Back Program and use your card to purchase qualifying goods or services from participating merchants, your card will earn the cash back listed for the offer.¹ Cash back is earned simply by paying for your purchase with your DailyPay Card! Once you join, you don’t have to activate offers or make a request to get cash back.

Use the DailyPay mobile app to browse your cash back offers, see how much cash back you’ve already been paid, and how much cash back is pending and yet to be paid.

Join the Cash Back Rewards Program

When you open a DailyPay Card, you’ll see the checkbox to join the program on the Review and Submit screen, above the terms and conditions. Keep this box selected.

If you don’t join the program by opting in when you open the DailyPay Card, you’ll always have an opportunity to join later on by clicking on the Cash back tile on your DailyPay Card tab in the app.

4 Scroll to browse your available offers. You can search by merchant or category to filter your offers

3 Look for the Cash back section about halfway down the screen. You can collapse or expand the section to see your Pending and Paid cash back amounts by tapping the arrow

How do I get cash back?

Just use your DailyPay Card to pay for qualifying offers from participating merchants. Cash back rewards earned on qualifying purchases will generally be transferred to your DailyPay Card within 49 days after the qualifying purchase is settled.

Settlement typically occurs 1-3 days after a purchase is made. Once cash back rewards have been processed, they will be paid directly to your DailyPay Card. See the DailyPay Cash Back Program Terms & Conditions for full details.

What is Pending cash back?

Pending cash back is cash back that has been earned but is still processing. It will change to Paid once the cash back amount has been paid to your DailyPay Card. You can see how much pending cash back you have by navigating to the Cash back section in the Card tab of the DailyPay mobile app.

I think I’m missing some cash back. What should I do?

Cash back rewards generally take up to 49 days to process. Your missing cash back may not have finished processing yet.
If the status of the reward is still listed as Pending in the DailyPay mobile app, your cash back has not been added to your account yet and is still on track to be added.

¹Cash back rewards earned on qualifying purchases will generally be transferred to your Card Account within 49 days after the qualifying purchase is settled.
