The Friday Card is Now the DailyPay Card

What has changed about my Friday by DailyPay Visa® Prepaid Card?

Your Friday Card is now called the DailyPay Visa® Prepaid Card, and you can manage it in the DailyPay app.

From September 16th on, the Friday mobile app will no longer be available, and you can use the DailyPay app to access your card. In the ‘Card’ tab of the DailyPay app, you'll see that your Friday Card is now called the DailyPay Card. Your card account and card number will remain the same.

Can I keep using my physical and digital Friday Card?

Yes! You can keep using your physical card with Friday branding and the digital version added to your mobile wallet. If you have lost or damaged your physical card, you can request a new one in the DailyPay app. 

How do I log in to the DailyPay app?

Log into the app using your email address. Note: if you used a different email address for Friday than you used for the DailyPay app, use the email you registered for the DailyPay app to login. 

If you don't remember your password, simply click on the "Forgot your password?" prompt on the login screen. 

Will there be any other changes to managing the DailyPay Card in the app?

No, all your favorite features of the Friday Card will continue to be available with the DailyPay Card in the DailyPay mobile app! We are currently working on new features in the DailyPay app, so stay tuned for more information! 

I don’t see the ‘Card’ tab in my DailyPay app.

If you previously had a Friday Card and do not see your card in your DailyPay app, you may need to update your app to the latest version. If you have updated your DailyPay app to the latest version and still do not see the ‘card’ tab, please contact the DailyPay Support team.

The Friday by DailyPay Visa® Prepaid Card and DailyPay Visa® Prepaid Card are issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A.; Member FDIC pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
