How do I close my card?

We’re sorry to see you go! You can reach out to our customer support team to close your account.

Before you go, make sure to claim any remaining balance you may have on your card. Otherwise, any remaining balance will be mailed to you as a paper check in about 2 weeks after your card is closed and all pending transactions have been processed.¹

¹The Issuer reserves the right to refuse to return any unused balance amount less than $1.00. The time frame for processing and delivery of any refund depends on the method you select to receive it. Refund delivery methods may include, but not be limited to, mailing a paper check to you or receiving an electronic check by email.
