Can I make recurring payments?
You can pay one-time or recurring bills by updating your payment method to your DailyPay Card details, which can be found in the DailyPay app. You can also use your account and routing number to pay bills, though we strongly recommend using your card details instead as a more secure way of making payments.
Recurring payments and bills most often relate to subscription services, like Amazon, Spotify, Hulu and so on. Subscribing to services like these gives the merchant permission to automatically charge you on a recurring basis.
To cancel a recurring payment or bill, contact the merchant directly and ask them to remove your card from their system. If a merchant still continues to charge you after you canceled the payment with them, reach out to our cardholder support team. If you ask us to cancel the payment at least 3 business days before the payment is due, our support team will be able to stop it. If you want to permanently cancel the payment, our support team might ask for you to put the request in writing.
Good to know
Locking your card probably won’t stop recurring payments. To stop a recurring payment, contact the merchant directly to make sure your recurring payments are canceled successfully. If the merchant is unable to help, reach out to our support team.
