What’s the status of my dispute?
Once you open a dispute of a settled transaction, we will conduct a thorough investigation using the details you provided. Our investigation make up to 90 days, depending on the type of dispute. To check the status of your dispute, please contact our customer service team using the contact information provided to you in the communications you receive regarding your dispute.
For the Visa Zero Liability Policy protection benefits on your DailyPay Visa Prepaid Card, you must notify your financial institution immediately of any unauthorized use. For specific restrictions, limitations, and other details, please refer to the Cardholder Agreement.
