How can I dispute a transaction?
If you see an unrecognized or unauthorized transaction on your DailyPay Card, the quickest way to resolve the issue is by contacting the merchant. If you can’t resolve the issue with the merchant, we’re happy to assist you in opening a dispute. To open a dispute, reach out to our cardholder support team and have the following information ready:
- The transaction amount
- The merchant
- The time and date of the transaction
Once you open the dispute, we will conduct a thorough investigation based on the details you provided and will make a decision within 90 days. To check the status of your dispute, contact DailyPay Customer Support.
Good to know
You can’t dispute pending transactions. You can open a dispute once the merchant finishes processing the transaction, which can take up to 7 days or more.

We may temporarily credit you the disputed transaction amount while we investigate your dispute. If your dispute is resolved in your favor, you may keep it as a permanent credit to reimburse you for your loss. Otherwise, we will reverse the temporary credit when our investigation completes.
