How do I update my direct deposit account?
Your direct deposit account is the bank account where you receive your paycheck on your usual payday. If you use DailyPay, you can update your direct deposit account right from the DailyPay app. To help you understand where your paycheck will go on payday, we’ve introduced a new setting called Direct Deposit. Here, you can update your direct deposit location.
To change your direct deposit account:
1 Log into your account via the DailyPay app or a web browser.
2 Select the three bars at the top left corner of the Home screen.
3 Select Settings > Direct Deposit
4 Tap Edit in the Direct Deposit Account box
5 Select your preferred bank account or select Add Another Bank Account to add a new account
6 Tap Update to save
Good to know
If you’re not enrolled in DailyPay, you may have to log into your payroll platform and manually update your direct deposit account using the account and routing number associated with your DailyPay Card. We also provide a form that you can send to your employer or payroll department with instructions, which you can find by following the steps above.
Good to know
If you’re enrolled in DailyPay, you can also update your direct deposit account in the Linked Accounts section of the DailyPay App. Remember that with direct deposit set to your DailyPay Card, you’ll be able to transfer your available earnings fee-free* to the card.
*On-demand pay requires employer participation in DailyPay. On-demand pay fees will be waived for any DailyPay transfers made to a DailyPay Card set up with direct deposit.
