What if a Next-Business-Day Transfer Is Sent to the Wrong Bank Account?
If the next-business-day transfer is sent to the wrong bank account (incorrectly entered account number and/or routing number), the transfer will successfully post.
If the bank account belongs to a friend or colleague, we encourage you to remove the bank account from your DailyPay profile to avoid future issues, and speak to your friend or colleague about transferring the funds back.
If your transfer was sent to an unknown bank account, please contact DailyPay support immediately so we can advise you on your options.
Note
Please be sure to keep your routing/account number on file up to date to avoid failed transfers.
