If the Now transfer fails, that amount will return to your Available now balance.
You will see an error message explaining why the transfer failed.
Please review the message and take the necessary action to resolve the error. In some instances, you will be prompted to contact your bank. You may do so by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your debit card.
If you are not able to resolve the error, you can elect to receive your earnings as a next-business-day transfer instead, or, try entering a different debit card.
Should you be experiencing multiple instant transfer errors with a debit card that worked previously with DailyPay, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please try the following steps:
- Check your card to make sure it's not currently locked.
- If you recently had your card replaced, check the app Settings area to make sure things like your card number and expiration date are still accurate in DailyPay.
- Call your bank using the 1-800 number on the card to make sure there are no other blockages that would prevent you from receiving funds
