What happens if a Next Business Day transfer fails?
If the Next Business Day transfer fails, the transfer will be rejected and sent back by the bank in 2-3 business days.
The full amount including any fee incurred will be returned to your Available now balance. You will be able to request those funds again once they are returned to your Available now balance.
Note
Please ensure to keep your routing/account number on file up to date to avoid failed transfers.
