In order to confirm your earnings, DailyPay connects with your driving company by using your account username and password. When you create your DailyPay account, you will be prompted to provide the login information (username and password) for your driver account.
If you change your login/password to your driving app, then you need to update this information in your DailyPay account as well. Please make the update as soon as possible. If we are not able to connect to your driver account, your DailyPay account will be Paused and you will receive a notification requesting the needed update.
To update the login information for your driver account in your DailyPay account:
- Log in to your DailyPay account;
- Click on the Account Settings tab;
- Navigate to My Platforms box and click Update next to the platform you need;
- Re-input your correct driver account login and password and click Continue to make sure you save the changes made.
If your account is Paused due to invalid login credentials to your driver platform, you may update them by logging into your DailyPay account and clicking on the link in the message at the top of the home page "We are having trouble connecting to your account. Please reconfirm your login information".
