What if my Next Business Day transfer is sent to a closed bank account?
If the Next Business Day transfer is sent to a closed bank account, the transfer will be rejected and sent back by the bank in 2-3 business days. The full amount including any fee incurred will be returned to your account. If it’s close enough to your payday, the amount may be included in your Remainder Pay instead and may not appear in the DailyPay app or website.
Note
Please be sure to keep your routing/account number on file up to date to avoid failed transfers.
