How do I cancel my DailyPay accounts? – DailyPay User Help Center

Sorry to hear you’re thinking of leaving DailyPay. Just so you know, even if you’re now in a job that doesn’t offer DailyPay On-Demand Pay, you don’t have to cancel your account. You can also still keep your DailyPay Card account even if you don’t use your DailyPay earnings account anymore.

To cancel your DailyPay earnings account, DailyPay Card account, or both:

1 Open the DailyPay app

2 From the top left of the screen, click the menu icon and then Settings

3 Tap Account cancellation

4 Read the message and tap Cancel my account

5 Select which account you'd like to cancel

To cancel your DailyPay Card account, tap Call Card Services
To cancel your earnings account, follow the prompts and tap Confirm
If you want to cancel both your earnings account and DailyPay Card account, tap the hyperlink at the bottom to call Customer Support

Tip

If you’re closing your DailyPay account but have made transfers in this pay period, DailyPay will deposit your paycheck on your next payday. If you’ve made transfers with continuous access from two pay periods, DailyPay will deposit your paycheck on your next two paychecks. Don’t worry, once you cancel, your account will remain closed! Your employer will deposit all your paychecks after that.

6 Optional: To reactivate your account, open the app and tap restore your account.
